You must comply with applicable laws and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. If you use the App, you represent that you are permitted to do so under applicable law.

• Use the App for personal, lawful purposes.
• Do not reverse engineer, abuse, or interfere with the App or its services.
• Do not attempt to access non-public systems or data.

Island Vault may offer premium features via subscriptions or one-time purchases. Purchases are processed by Apple via In‑App Purchase. Pricing, renewal, and cancellation are governed by Apple’s terms and your App Store settings.

The App, Site, and their content (including audio, visuals, and design) are owned by Graham Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

The App is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the App will be error-free. Island Vault is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graham Labs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Site.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and may provide additional notice.
